Express shipping option available. Prices start from $16 depending on total size and weight of order.
Delivery times
Once an order has been placed we dispatch within 1 business day.
Please allow the below time frames for Australian shipping (applies to Metro areas- regional may vary). Due to the current climate we may experience minor delays with couriers in some regions.

Order Tracking
When your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with tracking. This can be tracked on our courier partner's website and you will also receive another email once it had been delivered.
Couriers
We currently ship Australia wide. Residential & commercial addresses only, sorry, no PO boxes or parcel lockers.
We use Couriers Please and Aramex with Authority to Leave. If you would like your order to be signed for, please notify us and we can arrange this for a small fee.
Express post is also available for an extra charge
Lost parcels
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of our couriers. Missing/stolen parcels cannot be replaced by saide. If this is the case, please contact the courier with your parcel number.
Incorrect shipping address
Please email us right away with your updated address, normally within 24 hours and we can amend it prior to dispatch. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, parcels can no longer be re-directed or changed unfortunately. If your parcel is undeliverable, it will be shipped back to us and an extra postage fee will be incurred to send it out again.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on our candles for 'change of mind'.
Please ensure you review your selected fragrance and size at time of placing order to avoid disappointment. If you have ordered the incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can update your order if we haven't already dispatched.
If an item/s arrives broken or damaged at the time of receiving the goods, please contact us with image references of broken the product/s, the box, shipping label on box and order number within 48hrs so we can organise a replacement.
Please note, refunds are reserved for manufacturing faults only.
If you believe you have a faulty product, please contact us with images and your order number to further investigate.
