At Saide, every order is thoughtfully packed and sent from our Brisbane studio.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $129 within Australia.
For orders under $129, a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.99 applies.
Express shipping is also available, with rates calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey home.

Parcels are generally sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless signature on delivery is specifically requested.
Eco Packaging
We’re proud to ship sustainably wherever possible.
Our tape, raffia, shipping labels, and tissue paper are compostable, and our boxes and note cards are fully recyclable.
We use Hex wrap, a recyclable alternative to bubble wrap, and occasionally reuse protective materials from our suppliers to further reduce waste.
Lost, Stolen or Returned Parcels
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will happily arrange a replacement.
Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Saide cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the courier provider directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, an additional postage fee will apply for redelivery.
