Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. This can be tracked on our courier partner’s website.


Couriers

We currently ship Australia-wide to residential and commercial addresses. 

We use Couriers Please, Aramax and Australia Post with Authority to Leave. 


Eco-Packaging

We take pride in our eco-friendly shipping and packaging.

  • Our tape, raffia, shipping labels, and tissue paper are compostable.

  • We use Hex wrap, a recyclable alternative to bubble wrap.

  • Our boxes and note cards are fully recyclable.

  • You may find peanut fill in your package, which is 100% biodegradable.

  • If you receive bubble wrap, rest assured we are recycling it from our suppliers.


Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by courier/postal services. If your parcel is missing, we will notify the courier to investigate further and if deemed lost a replacement will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot replace parcels that have been marked as delivered but are reported stolen.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

If a parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional postage fee will be required to resend it.


Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on our candles for ‘change of mind.’
Please review your selected fragrance and size carefully before placing your order. We do offer tester fragrances samples: 5ml eau de parfum tester, fragrance discovery set and tealight discovery set - be sure to test if unsure before committing to a full size product.

If you ordered the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can update your order before dispatch.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Images of the broken product(s), the box, the shipping label, and your order number.

  • Once all images have been received and courier partner has been notified for further investigation, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Refunds are only issued for manufacturing faults. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us with images and your order number for further investigation.
